Rosemarie (“Rose”) Cicalese is a Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations at X Machina Capital Strategies. She builds and strengthens XMC’s relationships with its investors and strategic partners and helps originate and manage fund investments as a member of the firm’s investment team.
Ms. Cicalese has nearly twenty years of experience in energy sector finance, across energy private equity, corporate banking, and commodities markets. Most recently she was a Director and Head of Investor Relations at Juniper Capital. Ms. Cicalese also held numerous senior management roles during her sixteen-year tenure at J.P Morgan, including serving as an Executive Director and energy banker within the Corporate Bank, and an Executive Director within Global Commodities, focused on risk management and hedge execution for energy companies. Additionally, Ms. Cicalese previously held executive-level positions with Arch Energy Partners and ROC Energy Acquisition Corp., gaining valuable energy equity capital markets experience.
Ms. Cicalese earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and is a CFA charterholder. She is actively involved as a volunteer and board member with The Periwinkle Foundation, a Houston-based non-profit that provides camps and programs for children affected by cancer.
